Pickled mustard soup (hum choi tong)

My sister made some of this tasty hum choi tong for dinner tonight. The soup is salty and sour. The main ingredients are miso, pork bones, garlic and of course chilli flavoured pickled mustard which is actually pickled chinese cabbage. This pack of pickled mustard  was made in thailand by O-cha.
